REPAIR TEAMS

Ship System Electric Ltd provides skilled marine and industrial workforce, including riding squads and mobile repair teams, for ship repair and maintenance at sea, in port, at shipyards and in dry dock, as well as for repair and installation projects at industrial facilities.

Depending on the project scope, SSE can provide individual specialists, complete repair teams or additional manpower support, including foremen and supervisors. Personnel are selected according to the required trades and qualifications and mobilised with valid certificates, safety training and travel documents, including seaman’s passports / seaman’s books where required.

• Steel Workers / Hull Fitters - steel renewal, insert plate replacement, structural repairs, cutting, fitting and installation
• Fitters / Deck Fitters - dismantling, assembly, outfitting, fabrication and installation of brackets, supports and deck equipment
• Pipe Fitters - fabrication, fitting, installation and replacement of carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanised piping, including valves, fittings, supports and pressure testing support
• Certified Welders (MIG/MAG, TIG, Stick - 135/136, 141, 111) - welding of structural steel, piping and equipment
• Electricians - cable pulling and routing, terminations, electrical installation, switchboard works, automation, electric motors, generators repair support and BWTS electrical work
• Industrial Maintenance Technicians - steelwork, piping and electrical maintenance and repair support
• Foremen / Supervisors - team coordination, work planning, progress reporting and communication with the yard or client
